Responsibilities The Quality Manager leads and supports hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
This role analyzes quality data, identifies improvement opportunities, leads root cause analysis and performance improvement projects, and partners with clinical and operational teams to implement sustainable solutions.
