Design and lead complex, secure, and scalable AI-native architectures across cloud, hybrid, and multi-platform environments. Assess existing architectures, including legacy systems, data platforms, cloud environments, AI/ML stacks, and integration models.

Recommend pragmatic modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives, technology constraints, and clients’ execution capabilities. Define robust, governed, and scalable data architectures, including the foundations required for advanced analytics, generative AI, and intelligent agents. Design provable and auditable architectures incorporating performance, security, compliance, traceability, observability, explainability, and governance.

Guide architectural decisions by balancing cost, scalability, resilience, performance, operability, and time-to-value. Design and oversee advanced integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, streaming, data mesh, data platforms, orchestration, agents, and intelligent workflows. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, IT stakeholders, data teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Support and accelerate the adoption of generative AI, business copilots, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI platforms. Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and cloud, security, and governance specialists. Contribute to the evolution of KPMG offerings across AI, data architecture, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology governance.
