THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a Strategic Transactions Paralegal to support the M&A fu nction with in the Corporate & Securities Legal team , with a primary focus on strategic transactions and in tegration . The role supports transaction documentation administration, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and post- closing integration .
