Job at a glance
Company description Zenith is one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies, spanning 95 markets globally with US offices in New York, Burbank, Chicago, Atlanta and Detroit. For more than 30 years, we have been at the forefront of media, helping to evolve and reshape the industry. We are highly regarded as a true agency partner by many high-profile brands for our expertise across numerous categories and wide range of capabilities that are unparalleled in the industry.
Clients hire us for our track record of excellence in strategic planning, investment, and measurement. We also have specialist offerings, including content, commerce, multicultural and future-proofed data capabilities. Overview About the opportunity PepsiCo is establishing a connected Above Market media operating model with Publicis as its global agency partner. The team will translate PepsiCo’s enterprise standards into a practical, repeatable global-to-local system, enabling specialist capabilities and markets to operate together with clear ownership, efficient workflows and transparent performance.
The ambition is to build once, deploy everywhere, and reduce duplicate work rather than add another approval layer. Role purpose Lead the market-facing deployment and adoption of the Above Market operating model and the capabilities created by PepsiCo and Publicis specialist teams. This VP makes “build once, deploy everywhere” real by translating approved global standards into usable market playbooks, training, readiness criteria, feedback loops and managed exceptions.
The role does not take over market business decisions or independently design specialist capabilities. Responsibilities Global-to-local engagement model Design a coordinated market engagement approach spanning PepsiCo COE, IB/IF category teams, Publicis global/hub teams and local markets. Define market segmentation and readiness assessments, recognizing differences in maturity, systems, capability availability and business needs.
Create a transparent mechanism for market requests, feedback, pilots, exceptions and escalation that avoids parallel outreach from multiple capabilities. Capability rollout and change management Translate approved specialist capability designs into deployment playbooks, onboarding materials, training plans, office hours and market-facing guidance. Coordinate market pilots and phased rollouts with capability owners, including entry criteria, named market sponsors, handoffs, adoption support and lessons learned.
Maintain a capability deployment calendar and market adoption tracker, with clear distinction between required January 2027 baseline and subsequent 2027 evolution. Partner with Marcel/workflow teams to embed agreed processes into market routines and minimize manual reporting or duplicative work. Market adoption and performance feedback Track actual use of new standards, tools and templates, not simply training completion; identify reasons for non-adoption and corrective actions.
Create two-way feedback loops so market constraints and successful local practices inform improvements to globally owned capabilities. Coordinate with PepsiCo leaders on communications, leadership sponsorship and resolution of conflicts between legacy local practices and enterprise standards. Ensure that global definitions and taxonomy are communicated consistently while appropriate local strategy and activation choices remain with markets.
Core deliverables Global-to-local market engagement and communications model Market maturity and readiness assessment, with priority-market rollout waves Capability deployment playbook and reusable onboarding/training toolkit Integrated 2027 market rollout calendar, market adoption dashboard and readiness scorecard Market feedback, exception and pilot-to-scale process, including clear escalation route Change impact assessments and adoption plans for priority capabilities Market-facing FAQ, guidance and recurring office-hours/feedback cadence Measures of success Market readiness and adoption of priority standards and capabilities Training completion plus demonstrated workflow/tool usage and compliance with mandatory definitions Market issue resolution time and satisfaction with enablement Reduction in duplicate market reporting and bespoke market capability builds Pilot-to-scale conversion and quality of market feedback Qualifications Experience and qualifications 8+ years of global or regional media operations, market enablement, transformation, change management or media agency leadership.
Experience rolling out common processes, platforms or media capabilities across multiple countries and organizational structures. Ability to translate complex media, audience, data and measurement requirements into clear guidance for local teams. Strong change management, training design, stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement capabilities. Demonstrated ability to coordinate specialists, handle market resistance constructively and work across client/agency organizational boundaries.
Preferred experience Experience with global AOR transitions and market onboarding Knowledge of integrated media planning workflows, taxonomy and performance reporting Experience with workflow platforms, process automation and capability adoption analytics Role boundaries and working relationships This is an Above Market Publicis operations role partnering with PepsiCo Network Operations and capability owners.
