As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to support timely premium collection, accuracy of account balances, and compliance in non-payment cancellation workflows. The Billing & Collections Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate receivables, collecting outstanding premium, and supporting the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines.
This position works closely with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to ensure accounts remain current and cancellation timelines are met. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in business. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
