About Our Client Our client is a well-established organization seeking a technically competent IT professional to manage its IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations. Job Overview The role will oversee IT infrastructure, networking, security, hardware, CCTV, communication systems, and technical support while ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations. Key Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
Provide technical support across the organization. Manage IT hardware, software, and asset inventory. Ensure IT security, system compliance, and virus protection. Coordinate IT purchases, vendors, contractors, and maintenance. Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Manage CCTV, PABX, intercom, audio, and video systems. Prepare IT budgets and equipment requirements. Act as the main point of contact for IT-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience. Degree, Diploma, or minimum NVQ Level 1 in IT or a related field. Full qualification in computer hardware/networking. Strong knowledge of networking configuration and troubleshooting. Experience managing CCTV and PABX systems. Strong technical knowledge of audio and video systems. Strong English and Sinhala communication skills are mandatory.
