Associate Engineer (Assembly production / Semicon Machines)

Responsibilities: Responsible for machine setup, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and machine checkout. Ensure machine meet customer specifications. Provide trainings and testing on the machines. Provide occasional on-site support, both locally and internationally. Requirements: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering. At least 2-3 years of automation machine experience in semiconductor industries.

Proficiency in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous. Experience in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
