Description: Responsible for delivering an exceptional dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Practicing GCCL values Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room area Responsible for the mise en place and hygiene of dining room area Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager Skills/Qualifications: Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on river/ocean ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel Cruise ship experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and progress Fluency in English Fully vaccinated
