Job Title : Sales Manager - Indoor Furniture (U.S. Market) Location : Bau Bang, Binh Duong, Vietnam Age Requirement : 25 - 35 Salary : VND 40,000,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bau Bang, Binh Duong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the U.S. market by leveraging their expertise in the indoor furniture sector.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the U.S. indoor furniture market. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Understand the latest market trends and shifts, as well as anticipate potential risks. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, presenting them to the upper management.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the indoor furniture industry. Solid experience in selling to the U.S. market, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
