Fleet & Safety Rep

Position: Certified Safety Representative Location: The Woodlands, TX (covering TX, LA, AR, MS) Travel: Up to 50% Reports To: Safety and Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across office and field operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and client-specific safety regulations Conduct site inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits Develop and deliver safety training programs Maintain OSHA and internal safety records Support safety compliance at multiple locations as needed Qualifications: Associates/Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years in construction or energy sector safety REQUIRED: Safety certification (ASP, CSP, CUSP, CSST, OHST, COSS) or OSHA 510/511 Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI standards Valid drivers license; CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
