The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing mainframe security, user access, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage mainframe security administration using CA Top Secret (TSS) on IBM z/OS environments Handle user access management, security controls, and compliance across mainframe systems Support security operations and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to maintain system integrity Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on expertise with CA Top Secret (TSS) security administration for IBM z/OS Experience managing mainframe security, user access, and compliance Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with AS400 (IBM i/iSeries) Spanish language proficiency
