Our team handles serious injury, catastrophic loss, and wrongful death matters with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering meaningful results. Job Description Work directly with attorneys to manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation.
Draft and prepare pleadings, complaints, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence. Handle court filings, including electronic filing in Pennsylvania courts. Coordinate depositions, medical records, discovery deadlines, and case scheduling. Assist with preparing exhibits, trial materials, and other essential litigation documents. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties while keeping cases organized and moving forward.
Qualifications 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation paralegal experience. Experience preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting active litigation. Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures and electronic filing systems. Strong organizational, communication, and deadline management skills. Experience with New Jersey litigation and e-filing is a plus. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive legal team.
