Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time. Handle corporate credit card expenses and employee claims. Register new vendors and follow up on outstanding payments and supplier queries. Reconcile supplier statements and bank transactions. Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing. Monitor petty cash and prepare weekly cash flow reports. Support process improvements and ad-hoc duties as required.
