Oversee daily import and export airfreight operations to ensure efficient shipment handling and timely delivery. Lead and supervise the airfreight team to achieve operational and service targets. Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, agents and customers on shipment bookings and arrangements. Monitor shipment schedules, operating costs and service quality. Resolve shipment issues, customer complaints and operational escalations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners. Monitor departmental performance, budgets and profitability. Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, company policies and industry requirements.
