Assistant Manager, Regional Operations Systems

Key Purpose Manage and administer regional business systems, including CRM, SAP/ERP, AP-GCD, and Fleekdrive, while supporting spare parts management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain CRM, SAP/ERP (CS & MM modules), AP-GCD, and Fleekdrive systems. Generate, analyze, and manage reports to support business operations and decision-making.

Manage spare parts master data, pricing, material activation, and lifecycle updates. Monitor spare parts inventory movement and support replenishment optimization initiatives. Maintain and update regional spare parts price lists. Support system enhancement, process improvement, and regional projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience with SAP/ERP and CRM system administration. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data management. Experience in spare parts management, material master maintenance, or pricing administration is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel occasionally within the region.
