Bartender / Front of House (Junior)

We're hiring a Junior Bartender/ Front Of House to join our small team at our casual restaurant in Jalan Besar. The role is great for someone who enjoys bar culture, craft beer, cocktails, wines, food and most importantly, delivering a great customer experience. Perhaps you are a fresh out of school, or retired but hoping to keep yourself active physically, mentally and socially. Prior F&B experience is not required for this role.

What You’ll Learn Craft beer Cocktail Wine Restaurant operations Cashiering Inventory management What it takes to deliver a positive guest experience What You’ll Help With FOH & Bar Operations Oversee FOH and bar operations Prepare mise-en-place Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non) Ensure compliance with health and safety policies Customer Engagement & Experience Deliver an engaging and memorable experience for guests Provide food & drink recommendations Address guest concerns Inventory & Transactions Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies orders.
