BIM Manager (MEP) Job Description Lead BIM implementation, standards, and modelling workflows. Coordinate with Project Manager for BIM needs and requirements. Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Understand project requirements to ensure delivery. Manage design development, documentation, authority submissions, and meetings. Monitor and ensure timely drawing submissions. Coordinate BIM model exchange with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Certification in BIM Management. At least 8 years of experience in BIM Management. Strong engineering and design experience. Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations. Resourceful and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills.
