Duration: 6 months Job Scope: Develop and execute TikTok content strategies Create video content aligned with brand tone and current trend Manage TikTok marketing and sales campaigns to maximize traffic, reach and conversions, ROI Manage TikTok Shop campaigns Optimize TikTok Shop performance (traffic, conversions, ROI). Collaborate with e-commerce team to align TikTok campaigns with overall sales strategy Collaborate with ecommerce team to design Live stream campaigns Host / co-host regular TikTok Live sessions to promote products/campaigns Prepare live stream scripts, product demos, and engagement activities to maximize conversions Monitor and analyze livestream performance Manage TikTok community, engage with followers and build strong online community around the brand Work with local influencers/KOLs to co-create content and livestream events Stay updated on TikTok trends and viral challenges Track and analyze key performance metrics across TikTok content, ads, TikTok Shop, and livestreams.

Deliver reports and insights to management for campaign optimization Job Requirements: Min.
