Job Responsibilities: Handle customer orders, order processing and order-related enquiries. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Provide customer service support, including handling complaints, returns and credit requests. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system. Assist with sales support, administrative duties and process improvements.

Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP or Salesforce is an advantage.
