Deputy Project Manager

Job Summary Support project management by monitoring construction progress, enforcing quality and safety standards, issuing permits, and facilitating collaboration with clients and authorities in the pharmaceutical and process industries. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in tracking and reporting project construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables Implement quality control measures to maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements Enforce site safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle Issue permits to work (PTW) for authorized construction activities in accordance with safety protocols Communicate clearly and promptly with clients to resolve issues and maintain project alignment Facilitate collaboration between the project team and Singapore authorities to optimize resource allocation and resolve project challenges efficiently Required competencies and certifications Hold a CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) certificate Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the PROCESS industry, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or oil and gas Preferred competencies and qualifications Holder of an SWSHPP (Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) certificate (formerly OPISC certificate) Other Information Transportation Company shuttle bus available from Lakeside MRT Station
