Digital Workplace Engineer (SharePoint & Power Platform)

JobDescription: Digital Workplace Engineer (SharePoint & Power Platform) Division: Platform & Software Engineering Division Role Type: Digital Workplace Engineering / SharePoint Engineering /Power Platform Development Location: Jurong Weare looking for a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer with 2–3 years ofexperience to support SharePoint migration and build practical solutions usingSharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

2–3 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions. Practical experience with SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and basic administration. Some hands-on exposure to SharePoint migration, including content assessment, migration execution, validation or issue remediation. Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or a similar migration tool is preferred; candidates with relevant migration fundamentals and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Hands-on experience building or maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. Basic development skills in JavaScript or TypeScript; exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs is useful but not mandatory across all areas. Ability to troubleshoot systematically, test changes carefully and produce clear technical and user documentation.
