Director, Project Management Office (PMO) | Data Centre Development

Industry: Data Centre Conducive Working Environment Location: CBD About the Role As Director, PMO, you'll be the central orchestrator across all data centre development projects within the region. You'll bring together M&A, Design, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Legal around shared outcomes, setting the standard for governance, alignment and on-time delivery. This is a role for a strategic leader who is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to keep critical milestones on track.

What You'll Lead Set and embed standardised project management practices for consistent execution, reporting and compliance Align cross-functional teams(M&A, Design, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal) behind a shared strategy Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover, ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder satisfaction Drive structured communication and decision-making across internal teams and external partners Stay ahead of schedules and risks, driving timely resolution to hit critical milestones Give senior leadership concise, insight-driven updates that inform strategic decisions Continuously sharpen project workflows, tools and documentation for efficiency and scale Oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure quality, compliance and timely execution Ensure seamless transitions between project phases with clear documentation and handoffs Support budget tracking and cost control across every stage of execution Champion project governance, risk management and continuous improvement across project sites What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline At least 10 years of project or construction management experience, with regional exposure A proven track record delivering large-scale data centre or infrastructure projects Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems PMP or an equivalent project management certification will be an advantage Job ID: JOB-01346 All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
