Entry Level / Junior - Quantity Surveyor | 5 days work

Summary Benefits: Salary : Up to $ 5,000 AWS+ VB + Performance Bonus 5 days work Multiple Location Job Scope: Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation, including cost comparisons and pricing summaries. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations. Prepare and administer tender and contract documents. Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts.

Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations. Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters. Perform other QS-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field.
