Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) - Training Provided Working days & hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat) | Mon – Sat 9pm – 6pm, 9am - 1pm Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Salary: Basic $2200 - $2600 Job Description Handle inbound and import shipments in Singapore. Manage and follow up on import discrepancies. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback. Liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties on shipment issues.

Reply to emails promptly within the same business day. Resolve customer and shipment-related issues. Coordinate import shipments for third-party delivery. Coordinate with the Operations team for courier labels and deliveries. Handle return, export and undelivered shipments (LHR, HKG, TPE) Monitor POD closure and maintain a 98% KPI. Arrange local and international ad-hoc pickups. Assist with billing codes and export processes when required (AAC & RPX).
