Healthcare Operations Executive

Job type: Permanent Salary: Up to $5,200 per month Location: Kent Ridge Job Responsibilities: Support daily operations of Community Care Teams, including transition care programmes and Community Health Posts. Engage and coordinate with community partners and stakeholders. Monitor operational KPIs, workload and performance. Support the implementation of new programmes, process improvements and technology solutions.

Manage residents' feedback, complaints and service recovery. Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance patient and resident experience.
