Higher Associate Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities Plan, organize and supervise daily concrete cube testing operations. Ensure timely receipt, registration, curing, testing, and disposal of concrete cube specimens. Monitor daily laboratory workload and allocate manpower efficiently. Ensure testing schedules meet contractual turnaround times. Review daily testing progress and resolve operational issues. Supervise and train laboratory technicians.

Assist in resolving technical issues and client enquiries. Maintain laboratory records and support internal and external audits. Key Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related displine with minimum 2 years of working experience Experience working in a construction materials testing laboratory will be an added advantage. Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 or higher driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Familiarity to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systems will be be an added advantage Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative, good communication skills and leadership potential A proactive team player who is also able to work independently under challenging project schedules and timelines. Enthusiastic, resourceful, and self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude.
