Responsibilities: Perform repair works of electrical and mechanical devices. Perform periodic cleaning of assigned areas & facilities. Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep work of building installations and equipment. Attend to 3rd party contractors / vendors doing servicing or repair work in the premises. Set up facilities and equipment for meetings. Assist in management of housekeeping stocks.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Requirements: GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building maintenance work Able to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance manuals in English; basic Chinese reading ability for liaising with contractors and vendors. Hands-on and with initiative Able to work independently as well as in a team Willing to work a 6-day work week
