Perm | Expense Audit Analyst | Orchard | Up to $4800 #NKA

Location: Orchard Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 Salary: Up to $4800 Job Responsibilities: Review and audit employee travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with company policies. Identify irregularities, potential fraud and misuse of company funds. Conduct pre-audits of expense claims across the APAC region. Manage corporate card applications, terminations, credit limit adjustments and related enquiries.

Handle expense reimbursements, personal expense recovery and outstanding card balances. Assist employees with travel bookings, expense submissions and policy-related enquiries. Coordinate KYC requirements and ensure compliance with corporate card programme guidelines. Support process improvements, automation initiatives and onboarding of new business entities. Liaise with regional stakeholders and provide support on T&E-related matters.

Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field 3 years of experience in T&E, finance, or a related function Strong written and verbal communication skills Exposure to automation and analytics tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx) Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
