Select, mentor, and develop project team members with operational roles to help the organization meet its business objectives and adhere to relevant regulations. Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental safety standards, and consistently meet customer safety and quality specifications.
Allocate financial and human resources to enhance productivity, while supervising project expenses and managing resources within budget constraints.
