Job Title Project Manager Occupation MANAGER Job Description & Requirements · Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements. · Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters. · Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards. · Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost.
· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works. · Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation. · Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly. · Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project. · Any other duties assigned by management. Requirements - Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract, A & A Experience). - Able to work independently and lead project team. - Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software. Technical Skills * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Salary $4,500.00-$7,500.00
