QA Engineer (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $3,500 / AWS + Performance Bonus / Tuas / Transport Provided)

Job Description Position: QA Engineer Company: Well-Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:15pm Salary: Up to $3,500 , commensurate with experience AWS + Variable Performance Bonus Working Location: Tuas Company Transport Provided from Jurong Area Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Employment Type: Permanent Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing Main Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and testing on incoming raw materials, in-process products and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Ensure products meet required quality specifications, customer requirements and applicable quality standards . Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, abnormalities and potential product defects. Investigate product defects and non-conformities , and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) . Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve day-to-day quality and manufacturing issues.

Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, test results and other relevant QA documentation . Support investigations into customer complaints , identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions. Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits . Monitor quality performance and trends, and prepare quality reports for management review. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve product quality and enhance manufacturing processes.

Ensure compliance with established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, company policies and workplace safety requirements. Perform other quality-related duties and assignments as required. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant QA/QC experience , preferably within a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of quality inspection, root cause analysis, CAPA and problem-solving methodologies .

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be an added advantage. Able to read and understand technical specifications, drawings and quality standards . Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production and Engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates with experience in medical, healthcare, packaging or regulated manufacturing environments will have an added advantage.
