Key Responsibilities Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring. Work with suppliers to improve product quality and resolve quality issues. Support new supplier and material qualification processes. Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Handle supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) and follow up on improvements. Conduct incoming and outgoing quality inspections.
Maintain quality records and ISO documentation. Plan and conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits. Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed. Lead quality review meetings and work with internal teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of supplier quality management and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485). Familiar with quality tools such as CAPA, SCAR, PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and 8D problem-solving. Experience in conducting internal and external audits. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
