Tuas Sign on Bonus AWS + VB + Quarterly Bonus Key Responsibilities Develop, evaluate and optimise treatment and handling processes for existing, new and unknown waste streams. Design and implement resource recovery processes to improve sustainability and value creation. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to identify treatment and recovery opportunities and support pilot trials.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external research and technology partners. Develop and improve laboratory capabilities, analytical methods and process development activities. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and alternative treatment methods. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and internal documentation requirements.
Support the evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams. Support new business opportunities, new projects and facility planning where required. Keep abreast of industry developments and introduce relevant technologies and innovations.
