Responsibilities for Scrub Nurse: Deliver professional perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical journey. Assist surgeons during procedures and perform Scrub and/or AU nursing duties according to established standards. Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with clinical protocols. Coordinate patient transfers with relevant departments to support safe and seamless care. Provide post-anaesthesia and post-operative recovery care.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities. Qualifications for Scrub Nurse Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence. Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
