We are looking for a resourceful, highly motivated Event Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing a wide range of events from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering high-quality experiences, and meeting client expectations. Responsibilities: Event conceptualisation. Oversee and liaise with various event stakeholders such as suppliers and venue management. Providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings . Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee event setup and coordinate logistics. Provide on-site event support.
Showcall and programme management. Evaluate event success and making recommendations for improvement. Career progression opportunities. Requirements: At least Higher Nitec in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). At least 1 year of relevant experience in event/project management. Proactive and can solve problems independently. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.
