· Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations. · Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements. · Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress. · Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively. · Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations. · Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants.
