Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Semicon/Electrical)

Primary Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between Operations and suppliers for purchasing-related quality matters. Resolve supplier quality issues and review Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Lead supplier audits, evaluate performance and capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure purchased parts are approved and ready for production. Ensure supplier production capacity aligns with divisional requirements.

Support global counterparts with internal processes, manufacturing lines, testing, documentation, and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality or related Engineering/Science field. 5–8 years of experience in engineering, preferably in supplier quality or manufacturing. Certified Internal Auditor for IATF16949/ISO9001 is preferred. Knowledge of advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.

Experience with medium-complexity parts and suppliers with average quality systems; familiarity with semiconductor, PCB, and PCBA processes is a plus. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Willingness to travel as required.
