Review employee travel and expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Investigate exceptions, identify potential misuse and flag high-risk transactions. Conduct pre-audits of expense claims across the APAC region. Manage corporate card applications, terminations, credit limit changes and related enquiries. Support employee reimbursements, expense recovery and business travel queries.

Monitor overdue corporate card balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
