Summary Basic $2500 AWS, 14 Annual Leave Mon-Fri 10am-7pm Location: Clarke Quay Responsibilities Managed high volumes of customer enquiries across phone calls, online platforms, and social media, handling complaints and feedback professionally. Scheduled customer appointments, resolved issues promptly, and escalated complex cases to relevant teams. Maintained high customer satisfaction and service standards in line with company KPIs.

Managed daily e-commerce orders, responded to customer emails, arranged parcel packing and delivery, and coordinated stock and lens arrangements with laboratories and retail outlets. Monitored daily sales records to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. Liaised with customers via email and messaging platforms to obtain updated prescriptions and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
