Offer: Private medical card Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program Requirements: Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Practical experience in application security and user access management analysis Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, system providers, and IAM experts Experience supporting onboarding and cleanup activities within IAM initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to support and challenge stakeholders while aligning with project objectives Self-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field Very good command of English, both spoken and written
