We are looking for a Junior Asset Analyst to join our Asset & Lifecycle team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will support the day-to-day analysis, control, and tracking of both hardware and software assets across their full lifecycle, with a strong focus on Software Asset Management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, values accuracy, and wants to grow in a position that combines analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

If this sounds interesting, this might be a role for you? In this role, you will be part of a small team that is responsible for analysing asset related data, maintaining asset records, and preparing reports and summaries supporting key business decisions. You will also contribute to Software Asset Management activities, helping ensure that software-related information is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes.

You will work closely with local and global teams to support asset governance, improve data quality, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the asset management function. A key part of the role is to collaborate with software vendors, managing software purchases, and monitoring license renewals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in analytical work and learn how asset management works in a large international organization.

Falck is an international provider of healthcare, safety, and rescue services, helping people in emergency and everyday situations around the clock across several countries. Behind our frontline services stands a global organization that relies on efficient processes, accurate data, and responsible management of hardware and software assets across the business. You might not be an expert in asset management, but you have an interest in learning more and grow in your role within asset management.

As a person you are detail-oriented and numerically sharp, with a curiosity about asset data, and the patience to dig into the specifics behind the numbers rather than just accepting them at face value. Additional skills we are looking for: A degree or relevant coursework in finance, economics, data analysis, accounting, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Comfortable working with data in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Experience with asset management or ITSM/ITAM systems is a plus. Genuine interest in developing skills related to Software Asset Management (SAM). Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from data. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams. Although you will work with the Polish team on daily basis, we are a mixed international team, so your English skills must be sufficient for daily communication, both written and spoken
