Program Manager (Agentic AI)

At the core of the role We are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions for a global client.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead programme governance, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional delivery, working closely with Avenga's Core Team, AI Readiness & Discovery Pod and Delivery Pod. This role requires a strong delivery leader who can drive execution, manage programme priorities and translate complex AI topics into clear business outcomes and executive-level decisions. Core skil ls you ’ll bring Experience leading complex Enterprise AI, Generative AI or Agentic AI programmes involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams Practical understanding of the Agentic AI delivery lifecycle, including orchestration, integrations, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, monitoring and Responsible AI Proven programme, project or delivery management experience in complex software, data, cloud or digital transformation environments Strong track record of building trusted client relationships across organisational levels, including senior stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with experience reporting to C-level and CEO audiences Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, architects and testers Strong expertise in planning, risk, issue, dependency, scope, change, resource, budget and acceptance management Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, especially Jira, Confluence and executive reporting solutions Experience supporting Sales and Account Management teams with proposals, estimates, statements of work and change requests Proactive, structured and ownership-driven approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to operate in ambiguous environments Professional fluency in English, with confidence facilitating challenging discussions and presenting to international senior stakeholders Nice-to-have: Experience with enterprise agentic platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agent 365 or similar technologies Experience delivering AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, identity and security services Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, security, data protection and regulatory requirements for enterprise AI Consulting or professional services background, with experience in client-facing and commercially accountable delivery environments Experience managing fixed-price or deliverable-based engagements, including formal acceptance and change control Experience working with global organisations and distributed cross-functional teams
