We are looking for a German-speaking recruiter Min. 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates' personal concerns Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes Excellent German (at least B2) English (B2) and Polish skills (C1)
