Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. Proficiency in data modeling, process optimization, and building data marts. Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, T-SQL). Advanced knowledge of Databricks (DABs, Lakeflow Pipelines, Metric Views, and optimization techniques). Experience in Power BI environment management, working with .pbip files alongside version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of DevOps practices and hands-on collaboration in process automation (e.g., CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code). Practical experience working in cloud environments (Databricks, Azure). Implementing data quality controls and validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and concepts. Familiarity with Data Governance concepts and Data Mesh architecture.
Nice to have Familiarity with AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, etc.). Certifications in Power BI, Databricks, dbt, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
