We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead HMI or embedded software projects for international clients within our HMI & Consumer Electronics business unit. The ideal candidate combines practical engineering experience with strong project management skills. You should be comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers and architects, understanding delivery constraints and explaining their impact to clients.

A strong technical background supported by practical experience in software development, testing or systems engineering Experience delivering HMI or embedded software projects, with a solid understanding of architecture, integration, testing and technical dependencies At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, including 3 years in software services for international clients Experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects, with responsibility for budgets and project margins A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to translate technical constraints into realistic plans and estimates Confidence in managing client expectations and leading difficult conversations about scope, costs and delays English skills at B2 level or higher Nice to have: Experience with cloud-connected products, IoT backends or AWS/Azure services Familiarity with C/C++, embedded Linux, Yocto, RTOS or Qt/QML Experience delivering software for consumer devices or automotive applications Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices Experience with Build-Operate-Transfer engagements or dedicated client teams Familiarity with ASPICE or ISO 26262 German language skills PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification
