Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation, covering web applications and REST API or service-level testing Strong practical experience with Java and the ability to use it effectively when developing and maintaining automated tests Good knowledge of software testing principles, ideally supported by knowledge at ISTQB Foundation level or equivalent Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman, Maven and Chrome DevTools Practical experience in performance testing, preferably with JMeter Very good working knowledge of Git and strong experience working with Bamboo Experience with test management and delivery tools such as qTest, Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and experience working with Gherkin Ability to independently support and drive QA activities within a delivery team and identify opportunities to improve test automation Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, testers, Product Owners and business stakeholders A proactive approach to quality and willingness to continuously improve test automation practices and technical skills Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: Experience in manual testing Experience in mobile application testing Experience working with data formats such as XML, CSV and JSON
