We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join a large, strategic project aimed at building a multi-module ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization. You will lead a team of three developers and collaborate directly with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead. This role requires a strong technical leadership, presence in the office in Warsaw once a week, and occasional travel to Switzerland.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and management Proven experience in leading development teams and managing people Deep understanding of multi-module ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, CSM, Risk, and Privacy Ability to design scalable solutions and maintain architectural integrity across the platform Expertise in technical standards and best practices in ServiceNow Fluent Polish and English Residency in Poland Nice-to-have requirements Experience with AI development within ServiceNow project
