Job Type: Full Time Job Shift: Nights Holiday Rotation: B Department: Step Down Reporting to the Nursing Director of the assigned area, the Nursing Assistant performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)/Charge Nurse and is responsible for providing high quality individualized basic care activities within the Nursing Assistant scope of practice. Minimum Education: High School Diploma preferred, Completion of nursing assistant certification upon hire Minimum Experience/Skills: 3 months skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred License/Certificates/Credentials: Current BLS certification, Certified Nursing Assistant certification required or current 2nd semester nursing student when hired or transferred into position.
