This position leads Rigline 24/7, the centralized technical operations center for the Nabors and third-party rig fleet. This role provides operational leadership across Rigline and serves as the primary link between rig and field operations and Controls & Automation, Rig Engineering/Technology, Digital Solutions, and other technical functions. The position establishes the strategy, operating model, service standards, and performance expectations for continuous fleet support and major-event response.
It is accountable for improving rig uptime and service reliability, increasing remote resolution, reducing unnecessary field intervention, and using fleet-wide operational and technical data to identify and eliminate recurring reliability issues.
