Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy

The Business Operations & Strategy Senior Specialist supports the SVP of Operations by providing operating cadence, business analysis, executive material preparation, and cross-functional follow-through. The role delivers hands-on execution across initiative tracking, meeting coordination and follow-up, dashboard maintenance, market research, planning support, and communications drafting, while respecting functional ownership within Operations, QHSE, Finance, Sales, and HR.

The role helps maintain a reliable single source of truth for priorities, decisions, risks, and commitments across U.S. land, international, and offshore operations.
